A seemingly complex issue is really quite simple:
Machines are good at doing objective tasks very quickly and very accurately, such as finance, research and the sciences. Humans excel at subjective tasks, which usually require more time and have diverse solutions, such as creativity and relationships.
When machines are used to do things humans excel at for the sake of speed or margin, it’s being used the wrong way.
