The Situation

For 156 years, Dime has faithfully served the businesses and immigrant population of Brooklyn. A century and a half later, with institutional trust at an all-time low and banking becoming a largely transactional category, they found themselves little more than a another retail bank.

The Solution

We excavated and leveraged their rich and unbroken legacy of a local bank committed to its neighbors and the ethos of small business ownership as framework for “a bank you can believe in.” The work lived at a brand level all the way down to hyper-local campaigns that drove loans and deposit accounts.
